Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed while effectively managing any potential conflicts or incidents.
Duties
Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and security within the facility.
Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when required.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or gather information.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in ongoing training related to loss prevention strategies and conflict management.
Skills
Some training preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques is helpful.
Familiarity with law enforcement procedures is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and conducting surveillance operations.
Ability to work independently while remaining vigilant in monitoring surroundings.
