Job Description
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Part-time Security Officer for Leidos at 6825 Pine St in Omaha, NE.
Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
•
Schedule:
Morning Shift / 7:00 am – 3:00 pm / Saturday and Sunday
• Duties:
Foot Patrol and Access Control.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Prior Security experience preferred, but not required or customer service background
• Skills:
Comfortable using technology devices

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather elements.
You will be responsible for maintaining the facility’s security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors, conducting foot patrols, and monitoring CCTV. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
