LOCATION: Stanford, CA
STATUS/HOURS: Flex/On-call- Night Shift- 6PM- 6AM
COMPENSATION: $ 47.00/hour
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Armed Residential Security Agent provides security at a designated clients residence(s). This agent will be responsible for the security of property and life, while continually providing real-time information about the environment within the residential area.
WORKING HOURS:
Will work 12-hour shifts with a schedule of 3 to 4 shifts per weekly pay period. Overtime will be earned based on the work in state.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform security and physical protection measures for high profile individuals and their families in their residence(s).
Conduct ongoing, threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
High contact and interaction with the client and their families.
Provide a high level of professional customer service.
Operate a motor vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
GED or High School Diploma, some college or a degree preferred.
4 to 5 years of experience in a position related to the essential functions.
Must have a valid US State issued drivers license at hire and throughout employment.
Must possess a valid US passport during entire tenure of employment.
Ability to multi-task and organize workload.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/MS 365.
Licenses that are required to operate in the state that duties are performed in.
Current California guard card and exposed firearms permit is required.
CA CCW or HR-218 is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TOOLS/EQUIPMENT
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on an LED screen, laptop and/or other general office equipment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use cellular devices in an effective manner.
Ability to be mobile as needed for an assignment which can include driving a vehicle, walking, and standing for prolonged periods.
Will actively have need to listen, see, and speak with clarity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work may be performed inside of an office environment and/or private residence.
Work may be performed outside in weather and elements on a very limited basis.
