Security Officer – Part-time Flex Jobs in Omaha, NE at Allied Universal®
Job Requirements:
Processes requests to grant computer and/or network access privileges that have been approved by designated members of management.
Create and maintain documentation on procedures for account creation, modification, and termination
Perform monthly reconciliation of account review process
Perform access revocation as required post User Access Reviews
Modify the system privileges of users in response to employment status notices sent by Department Managers, Project Managers, and/or Human Resources Department Managers
Establishes and refines procedures and other business processes to detect errors and inconsistencies in the computer-resident privileges used by computer and network access control systems
Create and maintain user access to include VPN access, two-factor, third-party applications, etc.
Create, define, and maintain process documentation for procedures for handling password resets, tokens, physical access, etc.
Organizes and preserves all records indicating changes made to access control lists to facilitate investigations, disciplinary actions, prosecutions, and audit activity
Perform other support activities in service of the mission of the Identity access and compliance function
Create, maintain, and monitor third-party and contractor accounts
Assists in implementation of IAM (Identity Access Management) tools at HGV and help define future projects for automation.
Take active roles in accounting for all HGV provisioning process, documenting SOPs, identifying access risks, managing identity lifecycle, and assist in setting standards for the Identity Security Team.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
Experience in user account provisioning and firm understanding of Identity Access Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization and strong relationship building abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet deadlines, keep organized records, and troubleshoot issues.
Great Attitude
Enjoys working in a team environment
Strong sense of problem ownership and responsibility.
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
Applicable technical certification to apply to identity access management
Familiar with SOX/PCI auditing and processes
ITIL background and/or certification
