Position: Part-Time/Per Diem
Monday through Friday – Daylight
Pay Rate: $28.85

Minimum Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Current or prior military and/or security experience
Active Federal, State and Local Firearms permit(s) as applicable
Have all state/local licenses, permits, registrations, or certifications as required
to perform the
duties and responsibilities of the position
Must be at least 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or GED
Candidates should have prior firearms experience and pass required shoot qualifications
Physically detaining and escorting an individual with assistance.
Reliable transportation
Duties May Include:
Work greater than 10-hour days and have the ability to work additional hours due to unexpected activity.
Work under occasional tension or pressure.
Work alone while armed.
Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping.
Apply handcuffs.
Use of handgun, make shoot/no-shoot decision with handgun, fire handgun.
Occasional running or sprinting.
Respond to life threatening or emergency situation.
Climb while in pursuit or in an emergency situation (stairs).
Pull oneself over an obstacle.
Lift/carry/drag/pull/push heavy objects.
Physically control crowds or by-standers.
Pursue suspects on foot and subdue combative person after running in pursuit.
Any other related duties as determined
Must have New Jersey SORA card or RPO card Must meet at least ONE of the
following italicized criteria:
2 years of armed security experience, 2 years of military or National Guard service
(active or reserve), Successful completion of state-certified law enforcement education
and training, or Successful completion of police officers &; standard training courses.
Clearance Requirement
Tier 4 Suitability Background Investigation (T4)*
Ability to obtain and maintain throughout employment
Preference:
Current or prior DHS FPS or comparable Armed Federal Security Contractors
Contractors with current T4, Secret or Top Secret Clearance
