Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors. The Door Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment and monitoring access to the facility.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access, maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter potential security threats.
Operate and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills as needed.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required, maintaining clear communication.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly.
Qualifications
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is an advantage.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail with strong observational skills.
Must be able to pass background checks related to security clearance.
