We are seeking a dedicated Security Resident Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors.
**Responsibilities:**
– Enforce laws, rules, and company policies
– Manage conflicts and incidents in a professional manner
– Possess or obtain required security certification
– Provide CPR and first aid assistance when necessary
**Experience:**
– Prior experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or related field is preferred
– Proficiency in conflict management techniques
– Possession of CPR and First Aid certifications is a plus
– Military or law enforcement background is advantageous
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols
