Duties
Monitor assigned areas ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and chaperones.
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations during shifts.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Experience
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during night shifts.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 32 per week
