Med Security is seeking experienced Armed Security Officers not afraid to deal with the general public. READ THE FINE PRINT: Many of the posts will require “hands on” involvement. You will not be working at locations that allow you to sit in a vehicle and observe/report.
**MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LEVEL 3 SECURITY LICENSE, PRIOR MILITARY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT STRONGLY PREFERRED**
Post is located in the San Antonio area. Ideal candidates will be team players, and willing to work night, overtime, and weekends as needed. All positions are outside.
Available Shifts:
Shift A – Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 1am
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills.
Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard property and personnel.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
REQUIRED:
Active (Texas) level 3 commissioned license (In Hand)
Your own firearm and duty belt. (In Hand)
High school Diploma/ GED
Reliable transportation
Security experience (1 year)
PREFERRED:
PRIOR MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR CURRENT TCOLE/TCLEOSE CERTIFICATE.
