Calidad Services, Inc. is seeking experienced and professional Armed Security Officers to provide top-tier protection at a premier licensed cannabis dispensary in Pacifica, CA. This store has a tight-knit, friendly culture, and we need security professionals who can maintain safety while providing exceptional customer service.
Immediate Hire for Monday – Friday shifts!
While the dispensary fosters a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, our security standards remain high. We expect professionalism, attentiveness, and a dedication to keeping the environment secure.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure the safety of staff, patrons, and property at all times
✅ Serve as the first point of contact and provide high-quality customer service
✅ Enforce dispensary policies inside and outside the store
✅ Conduct customer check-ins and verify identification
✅ Maintain a clean and presentable lobby area
✅ Monitor surroundings and remain alert and aware (No personal phone usage on duty)
✅ Complete daily security logs and incident reports
✅ Know, Understand and Follow all security protocols and execute any additional security-related tasks assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
✅ Must be at least 21 years old
✅ Valid California BSIS Guard Card + 32-hour Continuing Education (C.E.) certification
✅ Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit + Own a firearm
✅ Taser Certification & Taser Ownership (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Ability to remain professional, alert, and engaged at all times
✅ Must pass a criminal background check & drug test
✅ Reliable and dependable—this is a high-responsibility role
