Invictus Security is seeking reliable Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, clients employees, clients property and clients customers.
**Post Overview:** – This post is a rural hospital. The main objective is monitoring the ER area, with some additional duties within the rest of the hospital. The post is an annual contract with room for growth and the option to work other posts when available.
**Responsibilities:** – Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence – Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property – Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area – Ensuring all exits, doors, and windows are secure – Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts – Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions – Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation – Provide assistance to people in need
**Qualifications:** – CLEET Level 4 required – Experience as a Security Officer or relevant position – Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety – Familiarity with report writing – Excellent surveillance and observation skills – Strong communication skills
**Preferred Skills:** – Military experience preferred – Law enforcement experience is a plus – Proficiency in conflict management – Attention to detail
