Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

ALLour PPS team members receive extensive trainingthat teaches you how to provide security in Portland’s downtown environment. Your training will equip you to maintain safe and friendly environments in office spaces, residential buildings, parking garages, and sidewalks. You will learn how to communicate effectively with all types of people.

Your personal ethics and values are strong and unwavering. You are good at building relationships and are friendly to all who cross your path.

Our flexible schedulingwill help you achieve a work-life balance. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
This position also requires a security certification in the state of Oregon (DPSST). We have state-certified trainers. PPS provides the 14-hour state certification class free of charge. We will assist you with completing the application paperwork and fees for the security certification application process.

SKILLS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Must comply with PPS’ drug-free workplace policy
Functional understanding of Microsoft office products
Haveexcellent communication skills, including fluency in both spoken and written English.
Possess apositive and energetic attitude, staying calm under pressure.
Availability for working day shift, swing shift, graveyard shift, and weekends.
