Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee our engineering team and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing guidance on technical projects and professional development.
Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with company goals, focusing on loss prevention and security enhancements.
Conduct regular assessments of engineering processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions across the organization.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met within specified deadlines.
Manage conflict resolution within the team, employing effective conflict management techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the engineering team.
Requirements
High School / GED
Proven experience in an engineering leadership role, with a focus on loss prevention or law enforcement preferred.
Relevant certifications in First Aid, CPR, or similar fields are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of surveillance technologies and systems, particularly CCTV.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments while maintaining focus on objectives.
Military experience or training may be advantageous but is not required.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.60 – $20.47 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
