Essential Duties:
Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive premises coverage.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
Assist in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.
Provide premium customer service through escorting priority clients, managing access control, and ensuring smooth facility operations
Conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols, maintaining vigilant observation of all assigned areas
Serve as primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Document all activities, incidents, and observations through detailed daily reports
Demonstrate exemplary situational awareness and professional presence at all times
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
Ability to remain alert and active throughout entire shift, including extended periods of standing and walking
Professional interaction with clients, employees, visitors, and other security personnel
Physical capability to perform security functions including climbing stairs, bending, and occasional lifting
Strong verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear, professional interaction
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary
Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and temperatures
May encounter various environmental conditions during patrols and security operations

Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
No felony convictions or Class A/B misdemeanor convictions
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must pass comprehensive background screening and drug test upon employment
Must legally own a full-sized duty carry firearm (9mm, .40, or .45 caliber pistol)
Reliable transportation for travel within the Denver metro area
