Join ROADS Community Clinic – Compton’s vibrant health care team as a CLINIC AIDE / SECURITY MONITOR / FLOATER and make a meaningful difference to our community’s most vulnerable members. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview: The Clinic Aide/Security Monitor/Floater will greet and direct patients and visitors, monitor the safety and wellbeing of the Clinic, and assist with de-escalation and removal of visitors when appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
· Experience in a medical office preferred.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Responsibilities:
· Can be assigned to different clinics at any time.
· Monitor the parking lot.
· Courteously greet and interact with patients and visitors.
· Monitor the safety and wellbeing of Clinic visitors, staff, and the security of Clinic grounds.
· Assist with de-escalating and redirecting visitors as appropriate.
· Display a calm, positive, and professional demeanor at all times.
