Pay: $26.00 per hour
Shift available:
FLEX – Multiple shifts (day, swing, grave & events)
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY!
Must be willing to travel to sites in the California City, Mojave and Lancaster areas.

Qualifications, skills, and education requirements:
Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card
Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit
Must possess a current Pepper Spray / OC Certification
Must possess a current CPR / First Aid certification
MUST own your own gear, equipment & firearm.
MUST Valid Drivers License with NO violations within the past 3 years
Previous patrol security experience
Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Ability to write and understand English
Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
Reliable transportation
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to pass a drug test and background check
Security Professional Responsibilities may include:
Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
Possess and maintain a valid California Exposed Firearms License
Possess and maintain 2 less than lethal permits: Baton & Pepper Spray
Possess and maintain a valid State CPR or First Aid Certification
Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone
Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.

10 hour shifts
Multi-shift openings (FLEX)

Experience:
Security: 1 year (Required)
Armed Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Guard Card (Required)
Exposed Firearm License (Required)
Baton Permit (Required)
Pepper Spray Certification (Required)
CPR / First Aid Certification (Required)
We’re looking for an employee to protect our organizations facilities. You will be responsible for patrolling our facilities and detecting unauthorized activities. Security guard tasks include maintaining an awareness of the environment and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors. As a security guard, you must also be in good physical shape since you will spend a lot of time on your feet, walking around, observing, and assessing situations. High attention to detail is required as you need to respond to emergency situations and emergency calls. Ultimately, you will be a vital link to preventing theft, damage, or injury in our organization.
