Security/On Call Flex Officer – Weekly Pay
FLEX SECURITY OFFICER (On Call Officer) – $20/hr
We are hiring Experienced Security Officers for a Flex Officer (On Call Officer). Must be available Sun – Sat, 2 out of 3 shifts per day to be on call.
To be considered for this position, you MUST BE 21+ and HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
SECURITY OFFICE – $20/hr
Weekend overnights – 12 hour shifts – $20/hr (24 hours/week)
Weekend days – 12 hour shifts – plus Friday 7:30am-5:30pm – $20/hr (34 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Patrol facility or post as instructed and serve as a general security presence to deter crime and client rule infractions
Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client, or employees at the site
Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies
Respond to emergencies and alarms by following emergency response procedures
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Report to work on time and complete assigned shift
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
Understand and successfully execute Post Orders and/or other client instructions or guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
At least 21 years of age or older
Have valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable transportation
Must have a negative result on the immediate, pre-employment Drug Screen
Must be available to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with flexible availability
A high school diploma or GED
At least one verifiable employer
No criminal convictions as specified under JBM guidelines and consistent with applicable law
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for the purpose of public interaction and report writing
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Successful completion of JBM’s Orientation
Demonstrate ability to gain and maintain appropriate state and local permits and licenses
Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality standard
Neat and professional appearance
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to provide quality customer service
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site
