Summary
As an Armed Guard at Eagles Point Security, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This role is essential to maintaining the trust and confidence that our clients place in us, as you will be responsible for implementing effective security measures.
Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular checks on CCTV systems.
Manage conflict situations effectively to prevent escalation and ensure safety.
Provide loss prevention support by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and the public.
Stay updated on security protocols and participate in ongoing training as required.
Qualifications
Valid armed guard license as per state regulations.
Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operations.
Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
