Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Security Operations Center Officer for ADP at 4915 N Marion Rd in Sioux Falls, SD.

Job Details

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour

Schedule:

Evening / Overnight Shift Available

Duties:
Foot Patrol, CCTV Monitoring, Access Control

Qualifications

Experience:

Security experience, graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police training, or equivalent

Skills:
Comfortable using technology devices; must be 21+ years old

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand for long periods, work in all weather conditions

The role involves maintaining facility security through visitor check-ins, issuing access badges, and patrols. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong safety commitment are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by executing safety procedures, policies, and emergency responses

Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies

Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarms

Operate facility computer systems as assigned

Handle security issues and contact emergency services when necessary

Minimum Requirements

Minimum age: 18 for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles

High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience

Background check and drug screening required

State/local licensing may be required

Valid driver’s license for driving roles
