We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of armed security officers. In this role, you will enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of employees and clients’ assets while maintaining compliance with state and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of security officers.
Recruit and train both armed and unarmed security personnel in compliance with NC Private Protective Services Board (PPSB) regulations.
Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure adherence to State and Company rules and regulations.
Oversee scheduling to properly staff all contracted client needs.
Respond to and investigate security incidents as needed.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
