At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We’re growing our team here in Moncks Corner, SC:
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 / Year
Job Description:
As the Security Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the security operations team to ensure the safety and security of company personnel, assets, and information. Your responsibilities include overseeing security operations, monitoring threats, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and managing incident response.
Qualifications:
1 – 3 years in a supervisory or management position leading a large team.
Strong leadership, communication, computer, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with project management is a plus, but not required.
High school education or equivalent (GED)
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive screening process.
Security, Military, and Law Enforcement experience is not required but a plus.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
