Role Description
Our Account Managers support Harvard Protection in providing top-tier security and life safety services. They are responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused security services for the people and property they protect, as well as leading their teams. Site Account Managers oversee the daily operations of their assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage security personnel to ensure quality service delivery that meets customer expectations and contractual obligations.
Manage operations tasks including scheduling, overtime, daily logs, incident reports, and staff training and development.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate timekeeping records for staff.
Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate emergency response procedures.
Support business continuity initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports on accidents, suspicious activities, and other incidents.
Facilitate training sessions, including CPR/First Aid/AED and other required certifications.
Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and oversee vehicle maintenance and equipment procurement.
Minimum Qualifications
State or municipal security officer license.
Experience in law enforcement, private security, or military service (3-5 years preferred).
Valid security guard license and driver’s license; own vehicle preferred.
Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Harvard Protection Services offers a competitive salary ($50,000-$80,000), comprehensive benefits, and a full-time, exempt position.
