Responsibilities:
Participating in the Implementation of the National Aviation Program.
Manages the day-to-day airport operations, and security functions.
Risk assessment and Mitigation.
Lead and manage the operations team to ensure high performance, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop and implement security strategies to ensure 24/7 airport security coverage.
Coordinate with team to address operational challenges and respond to incidents.
Develops, reviews, and administers division budgets.
Recommends and helps develop general policies for airport security operations.
May act in the absence of the CSO.
Investigate and resolve operations concerns and complaints.
Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics and incident analysis.
Develop and implement aviation officer handbook describing standard operation process.
Ensure a record of any incidents / accidents involving customers, staff, equipment, and aircraft are recorded and reported immediately to CSO.
Implement plans for improvement of security operations in collaboration with the CSO.
Responsible for writing and amendments of all standard Operating Procedure for Security
Requirements:
Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Security Management, or any related field.
Extensive experience (7+ years preferred) in aviation security, airport operations, or any related filed. 3+ years in supervisory position or equivalent experience.
Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS office Products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
Knowledge of Airport Security programs and guidelines; Contingency and emergency Procedures; emergency planning and response
Principles of employee supervision, selection, training, work evaluation and discipline
Ability to Plan, organize, and implement division goals, projects, policies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent level of written and spoken English.
Excellent written and verbal comprehension & communication skills.
