Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Security Operations Manager, located on-site in Minneapolis, MN. The Security Operations Manager will oversee daily security operations, manage physical security protocols, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and network security policies. Responsibilities include vulnerability management, coordinating security officers, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective security measures to safeguard assets and information. THIS POSITION MAY INCLUDE AN EQUITY POSITION
Qualifications
Operations Management skills to oversee and coordinate security operations
Physical Security expertise to manage on-site security protocols and personnel
Vulnerability Management experience to identify and mitigate security threats
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and train teams
Experience in law enforcement or security management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or related field
Protective Agent Services License
