We are looking for a skilled and experienced Security System Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, upgrade, and dismantling of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and safes. You will work closely with contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contractors for the installation, upgrade, and dismantling of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control, and safes.
Provide expert advice on security systems for new store openings, renovations, and upgrade projects.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and security system layouts.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in managing security systems including installation and management.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and safe installations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to provide professional advice on security systems for various projects.
