Field Supervisor
Duties:
– Supervise security guards in the field and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of work.
– Provide training and guidance to field technicians to improve their skills and performance.
– Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and address any concerns or issues.
– Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets the required standards.
– Conduct inspections to identify potential risks or hazards and implement corrective actions.
– Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on productivity, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Skills:
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
