Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons at our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a commitment to upholding the venue’s policies and regulations.
Duties
Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests.
Conduct ID checks to verify the age of patrons entering the venue.
Manage crowd control and maintain order during events and peak hours.
Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict resolution skills.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious situations.
Perform regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems.
Assist in loss prevention by identifying potential theft or misconduct.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
Requirements
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
Physical fitness to stand for long periods and respond swiftly to incidents.
A militarized background is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
