Role: Security Patrol Lieutenant (Unarmed)

Location: Denver/Denver Metro Area (Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, etc.)

Shift: Night Shift (Overnights! Evening to Early AM)

Schedule: All Days (M, T, W, Th, F, S, Su) Full-Time

Pay: $60K/Year + Benefits

Requirements:
21+ YEARS
Denver Merchant Guard Card
Driver’s License (NO PERMITS, had license for 3+ years)
Clean MVR (3 years no accidents)
Prior Security Supervisory Experience (Preferably Patrols)
Reliable transportation

Join our team as a full-time Patrol Lieutenant to oversee and manage night patrol operations across Denver and the surrounding metro areas. In this leadership role, you will supervise patrol officers, ensuring security procedures are enforced, risks are mitigated, and incidents are thoroughly investigated and documented. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, ensuring shift coverage, and maintaining overtime at company-approved levels. Additionally, you will oversee vehicle deployment and maintenance, ensuring officers follow safety and cleanliness protocols. Job Functions
Security Presence & Defense: Serve as the first line of defense for clients and sites
Protocol & SOP Compliance: Ensure all security protocols and standard operating procedures are followed consistently by the team to maintain safety and efficiency
Hazard Awareness: Identify and address safety concerns, supporting your team in maintaining a secure environment
Risk Assessment: Conduct ongoing risk evaluations and assist in determining the appropriate actions to address potential threats
Access Control: Manage access to restricted areas and information
Guidance: Direct and assist guards, clients/tenants, and staff when necessary
Management & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and operational efficiency while managing and supporting patrol officers in their roles
Customer Service: Deliver positive interactions with a pleasant and helpful demeanor
Collaboration: Work with local law enforcement and other security personnel to maintain highest safety standards
Incident Documentation: Record and report all security and safety incidents and concerns, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation and proper
Fleet Management: Oversee the deployment and condition of company vehicles used for patrol, ensuring officers follow cleaning and maintenance protocols, adhere to safety procedures, and properly care for assigned vehicles.
Scheduled Patrols & Coverage: Ensure patrols are conducted as scheduled and adjust coverage when necessary to accommodate last-minute callouts or incidents
Incident Response: Respond to client security concerns and reports of incidents as they come through the dispatch line
Requirements
Employment Eligibility: Provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility/authorization to work in the US
Age: 21+
Driving: Valid Driver’s License for 3+ years with no major accidents or incidents
Experience: Proven professional experience in security and patrol
Industry: Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management
Leadership: Ability to lead by example, providing direct training, guidance, and support to patrol officers while effectively managing operational needs in a professional and supportive manner
Education: High School diploma or GED
Attitude: Maintain a calm, professional, and customer service-oriented demeanor with a focus on high-quality customer service and safety
Language Skills: Fluent in English speaking, reading/writing. Spanish is a bonus
Screening: Ability to pass a urine analysis (UA) and criminal background check
Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work
Tech Competency: Strong technology skills and ownership of a working smartphone and accessible email account
Physical Ability: Can stand, sit, walk, jog, crouch, bend over, and carry 50lbs in a variety of weather conditions and work environments
Professionalism: Demonstrate a high standard of personal integrity, reliability, and accountability in all aspects of the job
