Our company is currently seeking a full-time Security Supervisor/Security Guard hybrid to oversee personnel at a high-rise condominium complex located in Marina Del Rey. The position involves working Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM as a Security Supervisor, at a rate of $23.50 per hour, and Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM as a Security Guard, at a rate of $19.25 per hour.
Valid Guard card and Security Supervisor experience is a MUST. A strong customer service background is also required.
Job Duties:
Provide management oversight for a team of 5-8 security personnel.
Manage the safety of all staff by ensuring strict adherence to company policy and protocols.
Manage scheduling including call-offs, schedule changes and the like.
Oversee time and attendance policies including rest and meal time compliance.
Provide quality interaction and coordination between client and company.
Enter payroll on time and with accuracy.
Provide oversight of the reporting function including all incident reports.
Communicate with management daily.
Maintains a safe and compliant work environment at all times.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security field
Minimum 3 years of security service experience
Excellent customer service background
Requirements:
Must have current BSIS Guard Card
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods standing and walking on-site.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
