U+Bar Solutions is a community driven, local startup company that helps the hospitality industry find quality, on-demand individuals when they’re short staffed. Coming off COVID, the bar industry has seen a HUGE gap in people not showing up for work, and establishments needing help to replace them. As a solution, U+Bar developed a mobile app for driven individuals, just like you, to seamlessly step into an establishment and provide a stellar experience for that business and their team.

Role and Responsibilities
U+Bar Solutions is looking for motivated individuals with experience in high volume, fast paced environments, or true security training to help implement and expand our vision for the hospitality industry.
We expect every security personnel placed or matched to an establishment to hold themselves to a higher standard of expectations:
− Be professional at all times
− Be on time and dressed accordingly
− Work within the company’s operating standards and assist staff where needed
− Be courteous and empathetic to the staff and patrons
− No mischievous/illegal activities or any action that would be deemed as misconduct
− Check IDs, handle disgruntled guests or those causing other guests to feel uncomfortable, and help out where needed at the end of the night.
Compensation & Hours
This is an independent contractor position
Work as many or as few hours per week as your schedule allows.
Have the ability to work any establishment you want.
Pay is established and agreed upon by you and any matched establishment.
