We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents. A strong background in loss prevention and conflict management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Assist in traffic control to ensure smooth flow of traffic
Skills
Proven experience in security roles or related fields is preferred.
Proficient in conflict management with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
