As a Security Professional – Unassigned Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries. Your responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling designated areas to maintain security, deterring incidents, engaging with the community through excellent customer service, and reporting activities using technology such as computers or tablets. Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour
Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing security procedures, site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency responses when necessary.
Respond to incidents with a calm, problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, adapting to varying environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card required.
Comfort with using computers or tablets preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
Background check and drug screening required, in accordance with laws.
State and local licensing requirements may apply.
A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
