As a Security Guard, you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff. Reporting to the Security Manager, your core skills in security and conflict management will be vital in addressing any incidents that arise. Your premium skills in first aid and surveillance will enhance our safety protocols, while your relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention will help protect our assets. With your background in hospitality, including security experience and strong communication skills, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while prioritizing safety.
Responsibilities
Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Manage conflicts and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Operate surveillance equipment and maintain logs of incidents.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required and assist in loss prevention strategies.
Communicate effectively with team members and patrons to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
