Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Receiving/Security to join our team in the Key Biscayne area. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the security, hospitality, and/or residential services field, and is comfortable communicating and developing affinity with residents, guests, and the team.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure accurate and timely receipt of all incoming shipments
– Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received goods
– Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve any delivery discrepancies
– Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly
– Implement and enforce safety protocols in the receiving area
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues
-Interact with all guests (clients, residents, and visitors) in a professional demeanor.
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
-Experience in emergency procedures
-Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
-Other duties to be determined by management.
Skills:
– First aid and CPR certification is a plus
– Proficient in surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations
– Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices
– Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Class D Security License is a Plus
· Valid Driver License Require
· High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
· One year (1) year previous security pr receiving role
· Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Excellent computer skills
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Attentive to detail
· Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required.
· Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
· MUST speak Spanish & English
