Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Security Risk Analyst who will work within the global Phishing program, focusing on monthly phishing simulations and analyzing phishing-related metrics. Responsibilities:
Conduct all aspects of the phishing program
The Security Risk Analyst will create and distribute awareness materials
Design, conduct, analyze, and report simulations
Define, collect, and analyze data and metrics
Monitor the KnowBe4 PhishER platform
Assign training within KnowBe4
Contribute to global newsletter articles
Collaborate with InfoSec team on reported phishes and social engineering scams
Improve phishing-related controls, processes, and procedures
The Security Risk Analyst will represent the phishing team in project workshops
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Computer Science related) or equivalent experience
3+ years of Information Security and/or Risk Management experience
Self-starter and driven, able to work with minimal direct supervision
Forward thinker – able to anticipate questions before they are asked
Previous experience conducting global phishing simulations and a strong working knowledge of the KnowBe4 platform, including phishing, education, reporting and PhishER functionality
Past experience defining, creating, collecting, and reporting of metrics
Solid project management skills
Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and
Inquisitive, seeking program improvements
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Team player, open to feedback
Ability to liaise across various disciplines
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Cybersecurity experience/Data Privacy
Experience with security compliance audits and/or enterprise security compliance programs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
