Position Title: Security Officer
Position: Per Diem. Required: Pick up 2 shifts per month + 1 holiday per year.
Starting Pay : $17.00 per hour. Shift Differentials and Pickup Bonuses available.

Essential Job Duties :
Make scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents, their property, and company property.
Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Qualifications :
16+
Previous Senior Living experience is a plus
Previous experience in Security is a plus
