Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Security Scheduling Coordinator to oversee security personnel staffing across locations. The role involves working closely with site contacts to meet company and affiliate goals.

Salary: $45,000 per year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintaining master schedules for security sites

Managing scheduling to prevent payroll errors

Ensuring database accuracy and data entry

Managing costs related to training and overtime

Assigning and re-assigning staff as per site needs

Filling vacancies with qualified personnel

Reporting and database updates on personnel data

Recommending disciplinary actions when necessary

Liaising with site managers for deployment efficiency

Maintaining confidentiality and professional communication

Representing Marksman positively internally and externally

Forwarding issues and requests to management

Assisting payroll and billing processes

Tracking overtime and vacation requests

Handling complaints and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Customer service and problem-solving skills

Negotiation and attention to detail

Experience with scheduling systems, ADP, Win Team

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience in the security industry and 1-2 years of scheduling experience

Physical and environmental requirements:

Ability to read screens and reports in English

Work in office settings and outdoor site visits under adverse conditions

Ability to multitask, handle stress, and manage personnel effectively
