Security Screener at New Orleans Convention Center Jobs in New Orleans, LA at NOLA PROTECTION
NOLA Protection Group: is the local leader in Checkpoint Security. You will be part of a team that provides security screening at the MCCNO. You will be screening employees enterting the building
Days:: 4 Days a week
Times:: Event Times Vary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check Point Security Screening of Employees during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detectors
Greet Employees as they Enter for work
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Must have a professional appearance
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must either be registered as a Security Officer with LSBPSE, or be able to meet requirements for registration, including:
Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Pass a background and fingerprint check with the Louisiana State Police
Complete 16 hours of necessary classroom training
Must be in good physical condition to complete necessary assignments, which might include walking or standing for extended periods of time
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
Must have a professional appearance
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Must have open availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Must have a valid driver’s license or Valid photo ID
Must have reliable transportation
Experience not required, but preferred
