Seeking a Security Lead to oversee all security operations at our venue. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by managing front-door operations, enforcing security protocols, and coordinating with management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry to Townhall, ensuring all guests meet venue requirements.
Check IDs, manage guest lists, and enforce age restrictions as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while handling guest interactions.
Security Operations & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property by proactively identifying and addressing potential security risks.
Enforce house policies, prevent unauthorized access, and handle disturbances professionally.
Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, de-escalating conflicts when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of emergency protocols and coordinate responses with management and law enforcement if needed.
Train and oversee security staff, ensuring they adhere to all safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with Townhall management to implement best practices for venue security.
Conduct regular safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in security, hospitality, or crowd management required.
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of local laws and security best practices.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and high-traffic event nights.
