Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol designated areas
Respond promptly to incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or assist in investigations.
Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping purposes.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, employees, and the public.
Qualifications
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must possess a valid security officer license or certification as required by local regulations.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
