Job Description:
We are looking for professional and experienced Security Officers with a strong background in crowd control, event security, bar security (bouncing), and de-escalation techniques. Our security team plays a crucial role in maintaining order, handling confrontations, and ensuring all guests adhere to our policies—especially in high-stress situations involving alcohol consumption.
Location: Country Club Lanes– Sacramento California
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Salary: $21.00 Hourly
Shifts Available: Nights, Weekends, and Special Events
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Excellent Customer Service – Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor while assisting guests and staff.
Crowd Control & Event Security – Monitor large crowds during peak hours, special events, and busy weekends to prevent disturbances.
Bar & Alcohol Enforcement – Identify intoxicated individuals, ensure responsible alcohol consumption, and prevent altercations.
De-escalation & Conflict Resolution – Utilize strong verbal communication and de-escalation techniques to handle disputes and diffuse tense situations calmly and professionally.
Policy Enforcement – Ensure all guests comply with venue policies, including age restrictions, safety rules, and conduct guidelines.
Surveillance & Incident Reporting – Monitor security cameras, conduct routine patrols, and complete detailed incident reports when necessary.
Emergency Response – Respond to fights, medical emergencies, or disturbances promptly and effectively while coordinating with law enforcement if needed.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of security experience in crowd control, event security, bar security, or similar environments.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally and personably with guests and staff.
Experience handling intoxicated individuals and high-stress situations.
Strong de-escalation and confrontation management skills.
Ability to enforce rules and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Must have a valid security license/guard card (state-specific).
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
