As a Security Officer with our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. You will be responsible for enforcing security measures and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to mitigate risks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Monitoring a 15 floor high rise.
– Making sure all doors and windows are secure on every floor, laundry room, community room, stairwell and garage.
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
– Must be able to walk each floor throughout the building multiple times during work shift.
– Enforce access control procedures to safeguard the premises against unauthorized entry.
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations.
– Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
Experience:
– Previous experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred.
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures is a plus.
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
