POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides
leadership
to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities.
Responsibilities
You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding HSS’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
* Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities — including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION
& EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* Previous security experience
* Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
* Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HSS a Tarian company’s driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience training and overseeing staff
