Job Description:
Provide security and ensure safety at MLB Spring Training events held at Goodyear Ballpark.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Enforce regulations and stadium policies to maintain order and protect property.
Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) during shifts.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
No face tattoos or neck tattoos as per company policy.
Guard card not required; we offer free guard card classes to qualified applicants.
Reliable transportation is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable and punctual.
