Security Shift Supervisor Overnight Jobs in Indianapolis, IN at Allied Universal®
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical, electrical, and mechanical aptitude.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning, growth, and career advancement.
Familiarity with common construction practices and industry standards.
Experience with any of the following manufacturers is a plus:
Access Control: Honeywell, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Amag, Openpath
Video Surveillance: Genetec, Exacq, Avigilon, Axis, Milestone
Locking Hardware: Adams Rite, VonDuprin, Assa Abloy, Schlage
Key Responsibilities:
Install integrated security systems according to industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
Mount and terminate field devices such as readers, door contacts, REXs, and cameras.
Read and follow manufacturer’s wiring diagrams, blueprints, and installation manuals.
Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Commission integrated systems to ensure they are fully operational.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain good driving habits while on the job.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Electronics training from a Technical School or Military electronics/communications background is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
