Job Description
Position Overview: Must be 21 years or older with 2+ years in a leadership role, 3+ years of security experience, or 1+ year of law enforcement experience. (No exceptions)
We are hiring a full-time Security Shift Supervisor for TYSON OMAHA at 13076 RENFROE CIRCLE in OMAHA, NE.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: $19.43/hour
Schedule:
Evening shift available / 4:00 pm – 12:00 am / Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security are required.
Qualifications
Experience: Must be 21+ with 2+ years in a leadership role OR 3+ years of security experience OR 1+ year of law enforcement experience.
Skills: Comfortable using technology devices.
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Additional Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly
Ability to read and understand operating procedures
Licensing requirements as per state/local laws
For driving positions: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol test
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
