Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. the location is a dispensary. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to incidents as they arise. This is an ON CALL Position for a Dispensary.
Duties :
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. – Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. – Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary. – Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. – Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. – Collaborate with law enforcement when required and provide detailed reports of incidents. – Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. – Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
Requirements:
Previous is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. – Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. – Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. – Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus. – Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. – Must possess a valid security guard certificate .
