We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor. You will have opportunities to serve and safeguard our clients in a broad range of industries such as Shopping Centers, High-End Retail, Hospitality, Distribution Centers, Plants, Corporate Campus, and more.
ON THE **
Provides on-siteleadershipfor the security personnel assigned to the facility.
Acts as the principal contact for client management at the facility.
Trains security staff and sustains awareness of plant emergency response activities, evacuation procedures, hazmat protocols, fire detection, and injury reporting.
Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forwards reports to buildingleadership.
Ensures the performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies, and reporting.
Establishes productive,collaborativerelationships with client site management and company management.
Maintainscommunicationprotocols that provide a productiveclient relationship.
Maintains all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment utilized in the performance of security functions on the site.
Performs initiatives, emergency response, and other tasks required by Metro One management.

Management experience for a uniformed security workforce.
Experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
California Guard Card or willing to get one.
Drug Testing and Background screening required.
