Brief DescriptionAbout Securecorp:Securecorp is excited to offer a leadership opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our NSW sites. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of approximately 18 security officers, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery. You’ll be a key point of contact, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure high standards of security and compliance are maintained.
You will be paid an attractive flat hourly rate, which is above the industry award, based on a roster of 47.5 hours per week.
About The PositionKey Responsibilities:Join a well established and supportive team working a varied role with tasks including but not limited to:
Act as the primary liaison between clients, customers, and tenants, ensuring clear communication and effective service delivery.
Lead and coordinate your team, providing oversight and mentorship to foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
Manage and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
Oversee service and delivery assurance, including regular auditing and reporting to meet quality standards.
Coordinate staff rosters, conduct training sessions, and implement screening protocols to maintain a high-performing team.
Drive continuous improvement by managing quality systems and contributing to operational excellence.
Incident response
First Aid attendance
Control room operations
Your expertise in Security and Customer Relationships will be well utilised in this role. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience, with a proven ability to manage a small to medium-sized team.
Hands-on experience in rostering, training, and screening.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
Valid NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller and monitoring component
Valid Security Certificates
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Proof of Australian Work Rights
Sound Computer knowledge working with Email, Word, Excel and the ability to write reports.
Highly developed Leadership and Communication Skills
A proactive and innovative problem solver who leads by example and can build team cohesiveness
Rostered Hours
Tuesday to Saturday, 47.5 hours per week (08:00 to 18:00).
