Security Site Supervisor Jobs in Tampa, FL at Walden Security
We are seeking a Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff and customers. This individual will be responsible for patrolling the facility, monitoring closed-circuit television systems and responding to any security issues. It’s essential that this individual has a positive attitude, is reliable, trustworthy and incredibly hardworking.
Responsibilities:
Report hazardous conditions to appropriate staff.
Enforce posted rules and regulations.
Make sure no unauthorized people or objects enter the property or building.
Interact with and monitor patrons of businesses that are open to the public.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security roles, particularly in a desk position
Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV
Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
Familiarity with security prevention strategies
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
